RETURN POLICY

For an exchange you must pay the shipping for your original order to come back. Bike must be unopened and unridden in the original packaging. If you request assembly for your order and accept the bicycle, it cannot be returned.All straight returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and return shipping. Bicycle must be returned in original packaging (unopened and unridden). You have a 14-day return window from when you receive the bicycle to be able to return the bike. Once you are past this 14-day window the bike can no longer be accepted for a refund.

It is our intention and our expectation that your bike arrives ready to ride when you get it. We know that with shipping sometimes an item can be damaged along the way. If you run into any issues with your bike please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Let us know what the problem is that you are having so we can troubleshoot ways to leave you with a positive and fair result. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want you to know that you have a company here willing to help after your purchase.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our standard fulfillment days are Monday through Friday. Products will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the orders are placed.

While we cannot guarantee every delivery window we know that in most cases shipping from our Southern California Office that orders take about 5-7 business days to reach the east coast. On the west coast it is about 2-3 business days.

Your frame is covered by a lifetime warranty and all parts are covered by a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defect. If you encounter a problem please reach out to us first before trying to troubleshoot the matter yourself. We may be able to identify the problem first before any more damage is done.

Exchanges can be accepted only if the item is brand new. If an exchange is accepted the customer will need to cover the outgoing and incoming shipping to receive their new item.

Any item on the site can only be returned if it is brand new and unopened. Any accepted return is subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the return shipping being deducted from your refund.

Your bike arrives about 80% assembled. You will want a 4, 5, 6mm allen key set and a 15mm wrench with some grease to add onto threading. Installation consists of putting on the front wheel, attaching handlebars to the stem, sliding in seatpost, and threading on the pedals.
There may be light tuning involved to make sure the brakes are to your liking and that the cables are correctly tensioned. If you are unfamiliar with tuning a bicycle we'd recommend a mechanic taking care of this portion of the assembly to make sure it's rolling smoothly. If you are unsure about an issue with your bicycle please reach out to us and we will absolutely assist you with anything that is not to your liking.
